				<description><![CDATA[ 我是ebay卖家，实在是无语了，本来挺相信paypal的，认为支付一些使用费图个省事就算了。<br /> <br />       但是，paypal实在让人难以忍受。我是在美国留学同时做ebay的，如果你没有社会安全号，也就是不能证明你是美国人，那就惨了，paypal三天两头让你验证身份，本来pending21天说是给你货款，但是到时候就是不给，又找其他的理由让你验证身份，到最后，钱拿不到手，还浪费许多的时间。<br /> <br />       而且，前两天有一个美国人投诉说我发货慢，就因为这个，paypal账户先是被限制，接着就是将要被关闭，但是钱还是取不出来，说是要等六个月后如果没人投诉才行，到时候谁知道还有没有什么别的理由呢？<br /> <br />      一千多美元，本来想交房租什么的，估计完了，不要了。<br /> <br />      钱是不要了，但是我要把耻辱告诉同胞们，慎用paypal，当初你注册的时候这些人对你和颜悦色，但是你账户里有钱后，人家攥住你的把柄，就快出事了。<br /> <br />      大家做生意图个安稳，但是这老美的企业就不让你中国人安稳。<br /> <br />      大家慎用啊！<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

This will involve working with the business development and sales teams to determine appropriate events, target audience, objectives and goals, and to manage and implement all aspects of projects with the ultimate goal of increasing awareness of Dagong on the global credit rating market.<br /> Essential Accountabilities:  <br /> <br /> 	Develop detailed project plans and execute accordingly, on-time and on-budget.<br /> 	Create and maintain accurate, timely and detailed Status Reports.<br /> 	Work with team members to develop relevant research topics and oversee/participate, as necessary, to further the markets understanding of important credit trends and credit risks.<br /> 	Select and lead project teams to successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously. oversee multiple complex projects with customers located around the world.<br /> 	Define and determine of work results, milestones, acceptance criteria.<br /> 	Conduct contract negotiation and make backup plans when necessary.<br /> 	Assessing data and analytic needs of clients; determine datasets, manage and enhance data collection from multiple sources and make recommendations.<br /> 	Assist in the collection and analysis of data on special projects, dealing with a wide range of issues relating to the industry.<br /> 	 Identify and communicate risks and responses to mitigate project risk.<br /> 	Create and maintain live documents to ensure operations success.<br /> 	Active involvement in Dagong’s global coordination with other senior managers. Provide periodic communication updates on supported platforms.<br /> 	Participation in methodology development for new products and working with analysts to adapt and modify existing models for new features.<br /> 	Participate in scheduling of resources on upcoming projects. Utilizing extensive network of financial institution contacts on the across the world at the, CFO and credit officer level, be responsible for growing the Fitch Solutions business by persuading and negotiating effectively at this level.<br /> 	Collect and analyze large amounts of data.<br /> 	Provide coaching and training to junior team members. Integrate of new employees, promote team spirit and motivate employees.<br /> 	Participating in external seminars and marketing and investor outreach opportunities as required.<br /> 	Completing additional projects as directed.<br /> <br /> [b]Qualifications:[/b]<br /> <br /> 	Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Management or related field. Master degree is preferred. <br /> 	Min. 3+ years project management experience, ideally in credit rating industry or related field. Previous experience in international organization or Multinational Corporation would be an advantage. Understand US / European credit rating market.<br /> 	Previous experience of developing new products and market entry strategies coupled with experience of developing effective third party and strategic alliances.  <br /> 	Understanding of commercial requests and customer needs, and able to develop solution to meet short term and long term requirements.<br /> 	Experience in analyzing Financial Institutions is preferred but analysts with experience of other sectors will be considered.<br /> 	Outstanding presentation technique, fluent spoken and good written English; good understanding of cross-cultural management style.<br /> 	Ability to work with broad range of personalities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.<br /> 	Strategist and executor, action oriented but organized, “can-do” spirit, team player, capability in handling pressures and meeting deadline.<br /> 	The ability to manage a team providing leadership and direction on the critical aspects of projects.<br /> 	Able to work independently and as part of a team and provide support to other team members when required.<br /> 	Excellent communication and negotiation skills both internally and externally with professionals at various levels.
