A delegation from Tsinghua University led by president Binglin Gu will visit New York during April 15-17th for the one-hundred-year anniversary of Tsinghua University. The delegation includes one hundred members (60 faculty members and 45 students from the Tsinghua Student Arts Troupe), and will be presenting a spectacular performance, entitled "Flying Dreams" at NYU Skirball Center at 7pm on Friday April 16th, featuring a great variety of traditional Chinese artistic elements. The Tsinghua Studnet Arts Troupe was founded over 50 years ago and presented a wonderful performance in front of President Obama and President Jingtao Hu, who himself was a former Tsinghua Arts Troupe member, in President Obama's first visit to Beijing in 2009. We sincerely invite all Tsinghua alumni, their family and friends from greater New York area and beyond, to come join us at the concert.
