南开大学学生合唱团纽约专场音乐会

享有国际盛誉的南开大学学生合唱团将于11月29日（星期天）于纽约西奈山医学院举行访美的首场演出。此次演出是合唱团为大纽约地区的南开校友们特地安排的。曲目以中国传统民歌和少数民族歌曲为主，辅以民乐演奏，表现中华文化的丰富多彩、博大精深和悠久历史。此次演出既是一次欣赏世界级合唱艺术的难得机会，也是南开国内外校友们相聚交流的难得机会。演出对所有南开校友及亲友免费，希望大纽约地区的南开校友携亲朋前来参加，对南开大学学生合唱团的表演给予最热烈的欢迎和支持。座位有限，希望前来者须尽早订位，额满为止。

Company Profile
Bosera: One of the first and largest fund houses in China
Established on July 13, 1998, Bosera Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“Bosera”, or “the Company”) was one of the first five fund management companies established in China. To date it has evolved to become one of the largest asset management institutions in China, with a complete set of business licenses. In November 2002, Bosera became one of the first six investment managers sanctioned to manage the National Social Security Fund (“NSSF”) portfolios after strict evaluation by the National Council for Social Security Fund of China (“NCSSF”)’s Experts Evaluation Committee. 中国国务院侨办组派“中国创业政策咨询报告团”定于2009 年11 月8 日在纽约地区举办报告会。“报告团”由中国科技部
国际合作司、国家发展和改革委员会宏观经济研究院以及国务院侨办等四人组成，由国务院侨办经济科技司张健青巡视员兼
副司长带队。“报告团”将主要介绍国家宏观经济、科技形势，建设创新型国家与华侨华人发展机遇，回国发展的优惠政策
以及具体操作等，并解答大家关心的回国创业及服务等相关问题。

科技部的主要职能是研究提出中国科技发展的宏观战略；推动中国国家科技创新体系建设，提高中国国家科技创新能力。报
告团成员王启明参赞，毕业于北京大学地质系地球化学专业，1989 年，毕业于澳大利亚国立大学地质系，获得矿物学博士
学位。曾在美国斯坦福大学地球空间学院从事博士后研究。从1989 年起，王启明先后在北京大学物理系电子显微镜实验
室、北京大学环境科学研究中心任讲师、副教授、教授。2003 年初，调入科技部国际合作司工作至今，曾在中国驻英国大
使馆和印度大使馆任职务。他的演讲题目是《中国科学技术的重大转变和产业发展机遇》。

国家发展和改革委员会是中国综合研究拟订经济和社会发展政策，进行总量平衡，指导总体经济体制改革的宏观调控部门。
宏观经济研究院是中国最重要的政府智囊之一。负责跟踪分析宏观经济运行态势,研究和提出宏观经济和社会发展的重大政
策。报告团成员史育龙，北京大学理学硕士（1991），1996 年毕业于北京大学城市与环境学系经济地理专业，获理学博
士。现任宏观经济研究院研究员、科研部副主任，在国家发展改革委国土开发与地区经济研究所从事城市化与区域开发、可
持续发展等领域的研究工作，先后主持或参加国家和部委、地方政府委托课题、“863”攻关项目、“十一五”科技支撑计
划项目以及国际合作课题40 多项，多次参与起草重大规划和文件。他演讲的题目是《金融危机以来中国经济的“变”与
“不变”》。

报告团团长张健青巡视员兼副司长，曾长期在中国驻纽约总领事馆和中国驻美国大使馆工作，担任参赞兼副总领事。报告团
成员国侨办经济科技司于建明处长长期从事侨务工作，曾任中国驻菲律宾大使馆一等秘书，现在主要负责为海外华侨华人专
业人士服务工作。

报告会内容丰富，生动活泼，既深刻剖析政府治国理念，建设创新型国家给华侨华人带来的发展机遇，又结合当前经济发展
中的热点问题，如金融危机中的机遇和挑战，“千人计划”及科技领军人才、如何申请国家及各省、市的创业资金支持和优
惠政策、创业载体支持、学术交流平台、国家科技和产业发展的重要领域及创业机遇等。这必将为广大华侨华人带来最新的
信息。另外，报告团的成员来自国家侨办、国家发该委和国家科技部，直接参与国家的经济政策、科技政策和侨务政策的制
定和实施，将可以现场解答大家所关心的各类问题，收集各种合理和有建设性的建议。
