Essential Job Description:
The candidate will be able to design and develop power conversion products ranging from 100W to 2000W with and without embedded controllers. The candidate must have demonstrated the ability to design from a written specification and produce a product that can be manufactured in high volume overseas. Experience/Qualifications: · M.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering， or equivalent industry experience required. · 10+years of Power supply / Analog design experience with a proven track record of bringing product to market. · Knowledge of all current power supply topologies. · 5+ years of direct experience in embedded systems development. · Experience developing or working within microcontroller OSes， · Knowledge of system design， analysis and implementation techniques. · Proven ability to write high-quality embedded software meeting real-time constraints. · Experience designing and troubleshooting digital systems and analog systems. · Experience using a range of system and software development tools. Skills Required: · Must be bilingual – English and Mandarin · Ability to program in Assembler， C/C++ for embedded microprocessors. · Must work well in a medium group size. · Work hard within a dedicated team to meet deadlines. · Collaborate daily with other electrical engineers， mechanical engineers， product developers， and other teammates. · Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments. · Ability to work extended hours. · Must effectively communicate with a diversity of individuals both inside and outside of the company. · Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
