作为清华大学百年校庆海外庆典活动之一，清华大学校长顾秉林院士将率百人代表团 (60位教授,45位学生艺术团成员)将于4/15-17日访问纽约。届时具有50余载历史并曾在2009年奥巴马总统访问中国之际在人民大会堂为中美元首奉献精彩节目的清华大学学生艺术团将于4/16日周五晚七点在纽约大学Skirball Center举行大型民族歌舞文艺演出 "清舞飞洋"。

A delegation from Tsinghua University led by president Binglin Gu will visit New York during April 15-17th for the one-hundred-year anniversary of Tsinghua University. The delegation includes one hundred members (60 faculty members and 45 students from the Tsinghua Student Arts Troupe), and will be presenting a spectacular performance, entitled "Flying Dreams" at NYU Skirball Center at 7pm on Friday April 16th, featuring a great variety of traditional Chinese artistic elements. The Tsinghua Studnet Arts Troupe was founded over 50 years ago and presented a wonderful performance in front of President Obama and President Jingtao Hu, who himself was a former Tsinghua Arts Troupe member, in President Obama's first visit to Beijing in 2009.

We sincerely invite all Tsinghua alumni, their family and friends from greater New York area and beyond, to come join us at the concert. Let us gather here in New York on the day of April 16th, 2010, to enjoy a top-notch performance of Chinese culture and art.
