职位描述：
1. 为公司金融投资产品的设计提供数量支持
2. 参与量化模型研究、量化产品设计和投资相关的各项工作
3. 量化投资组合的管理与运作
4. 通过数据库的管理及量化研究，改善资产管理的流程及功效
5. 制定新的量化投资组合战略
　
Responsibilities
1. Provide the quantity support for financial products design
2. Responsible for developing and designing quantitative models and products
3. Manage a quantitative investment portfolio
4. Improve investment management procedure through database maintenance and quantitative research
5. Develop a new quantitative investment strategy

职位要求：
1. 5年以上的专业金融投资经验，尤其是在建模、量化投资、统计分析方面具有丰富的知识与经验
2. 具有很强的数理基础与量化分析能力，能够独立运用不同的投资理念和软件工具建立量化投资与指数优化模型
3. 优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
4. 精通中英文
5. 金融工程、经济、管理等相关专业；硕士或以上学历

Qualifications
1. At least 5-year experience in professional financial investment, particularly in modeling, quantitative investment and statistical analysis
2. Solid quantitative and analytical capabilities to build investment and optimization models independently with different concepts and software
3. Excellent ability in communications and team work
4. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; Mainland Chinese is preferred
5. Master degree or above with major in financial engineering, economics, management or mathematical finance.
