职位描述：
1、协助建立公司的风险管理体系及流程
2、实施投资风险的控制与绩效评估工作
3、加强各相关业务部门紧密协作，确保风险管理流程的有效执行
4、建立并落实良好的风险管理报告体系
Responsibilities
1、 Help to build an a cut-of-edge risk management system to measure and control investment risk
2、 Formulate a risk control procedure on portfolio investment and performance review
3、 Work closely with other business units to monitor the operation of risk management
4、 Establish and implement an advanced risk management reporting system
职位要求：
1、五年以上的国际证券业风险控制工作经验
2、具有丰富的证券投资与风险管理知识，熟悉各类模型、方法与工具
3、能承受工作压力与快速适应变化的能力
4、具有良好的沟通与协调能力
5、精通中英文,华人优先
6、经济、金融或工程专业；硕士或以上学历
Qualifications
1、 Over 5-year work experience in risk management of global investment industry
2、 Solid risk and portfolio management skill set, familiar with risk models and tools
3、 Abilities to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
4、 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5、 Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; Mainland Chinese is preferred
6、 Master degree or above with major in Economics, Finance or Engineering
