Job Description: Deputy Manager of business department plays as practice expertise authority and team leader to provide guidance and support on professional consulting delivery, client relationship management, project management and business development in the areas of executing strategy.
Essential Accountabilities:
Consulting and research project management – create, maintain, and manage project plans for all activities including prioritizing opportunities, communicating project updates, monitoring milestones, and ensuring that all projects receive adequate resources to fulfill activities.
Manage a team of analysts.
Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, develop key insights and findings and share results with client(s).
Active involvement in group’s global coordination with other senior managers.
Plays a critical role in leadership consulting and management development project delivery.
Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating project needs, and developing alternative solutions.
Able to organize international consulting project and negotiation.
Plan and implement credit research projects.
Ensure high quality standards are maintained in the analytical process.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Tracking, monitoring and reporting of project development.
Collaborate with consulting team to leverage on team best practices
Responsible for credit system R&D.
Participate in methodology development for new products and work closely with analysts to adapt and modify existing models for new features.
Work with team members to develop relevant research topics and oversee/participate, as necessary, to further the markets understanding of important credit trends and credit risks.
Actively engage in analytical exchanges with other sector and regional teams within the group and the company.
Set company annual goals based on the needs of consulting market.
Qualifications:
Master or higher degree in enterprise management, business management or related fields.
Minimum 10 years working experience enterprise management.
Have thorough understanding of current market trends and customer needs. Advanced knowledge of the credit rating industry, financial services industry
Strong learning and communication skill, capability to work under pressure and to be a leader.
Strong project management skills, and be able to proactively plan, lead and manage project progress with various working units. The demonstrated ability to project-coordinate assignments in accordance with established processes.
Be a team player and be able to approach the working day in a flexible manner as priorities will change throughout the day.
Knowledge of fixed income markets, the credit rating industry, and the financial services industry.
Demonstrated presentation skills, as role will entail frequent interaction with external parties including investors, bankers and issuers, and presentations at conferences.
Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities, deal with conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent writing skills, including publication of industry trend and general research reports.
Have a strong work ethics. Protect business secret.
Strong creative ability.
