Marketing Director will assist Vice President to develop and manage marketing strategy to achieve both short-term and long-term company objectives. Manage sales team to meet profit goals specified by the company’s strategic business plan and conduct performance assessment. Direct sales team on market promotion.
Essential Accountabilities: ◆ Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
◆ Establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
◆ Specifying market requirements for current and future products and services by conducting market research.
◆ Working with senior management to develop proposal strategies and content and driving the response calendar.
◆ Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
◆ Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
◆ Monitors trends in order to determine when new products or services should be introduced. Uncover consumer / brand insights to help develop profitable marketing programs
◆ Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products and services.
◆ Ensure cost effectiveness is achieved through the development and administration of pre-determined budgets.
◆ Work closely with promotion managers and advertising managers in order to help promote the product or services to attract new customers.
◆ Establish and maintain corporation with local sales channels, financial institutions, third party institutions, as well as other organizations.
◆ Formulate and oversee the execution of market research and analysis on competitors, potential markets and market trends.
◆ Contributes to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.
Master degree or above, major in Economics, Finance, Management or related field.
5 years + Demonstrated marketing experience in financial services industry is essential.
Experience with a company in a related company sector is preferred.
Understand Dagong’s culture and strategy. Ability to work under pressure and take on multiple projects simultaneously.
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
Strong analysis and sensitivity in financial services industry. Proven track record on market promotion.
A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
A deep understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Age 30-45, healthy, willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Good working attitude, strong sense of responsibility. Able to work effectively as a part of team. Strong project management and coordinating skills.
Strong communications skills (written and presentation), outstanding writing and influencing skills in Chinese and English.
Excellent multi-tasking and commitment to excellence.
